Kc Hair Bar is passionate about making you look and feel your best! We are committed to providing our clients with stylish and modern looks, making you feel confident and excited about the new you! We provide a full range of hair care and styling services, including cuts, colours, tanning, perms, chemical straightening and waxing. We also carry a full range of Schwarzopf, Cloud Nine, TIGI, S- Factor and Catwalk products so you can have that salon quality look at home.

Previously known as Obsession Hair and Beauty, Kc Hair Bar retains a creative and qualified team of stylists dedicated to delivering the best personal salon experience. We are a small family and we like to get to know our clients, ensuring that you are comfortable and feel safe in our hands. In an effort to provide the most up-to- date styles, we are also committed to training our employees on a regular basis.

Casey
Owner & Senior Stylist

In 2014, Casey took over the salon and created the Kc Hair Bar that many of our clients know and love today. Since taking over, Casey has given the boutique salon a new look and has big plans for the future! The salon team is a family, working with her sister Sophie to ensure all clients leave glowing and refreshed. Casey has worked for several years as a hairdresser in many well-known salons around Newcastle. Casey's forte is colouring and she loves using different techniques to give her clients an edgy, one of a kind look, much like her own personal style. Casey's passion for hairdressing is driven by her creative side and she loves being able to help clients release their inner goddess.

Sophie
Senior Stylist

Sophie is another of our Senior Stylists committed to upholding the high-quality and family-friendly nature of the salon. Sophie has worked alongside Casey for years and has developed a passion for making her clients feel confident in their own skin! She is also a mum to little one year old Layne, who sometimes pops into the salon and melts the heart of everyone he smiles at. Sophie is our resident beautician and specialises in waxing, eyelash and eyebrow tints. Sophie has seen lots of trends come in and out of fashion during her time as a hairdresser, but loves the natural and raw beauty she can bring out in a person with a simple boost of confidence.

Emily
Junior Stylist

Emily is our 2nd year Junior Stylist, and since joining our team in 2013, she has developed her own style and passion for hairdressing. She is always eager to learn and help wherever she can around the salon. Emily has grown by leaps and bounds and provides professional advice to her expanding clientele. Always keen and hands on, she is continuously on the lookout for someone who likes a bit of risk and dares to try a dramatic new look!

Senior Stylist
